Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: Morning Athletics (7:00 AM - 9:00 AM), Afternoon Basketball Skills (1:30 PM - 3:30 PM)
Wednesday: Recovery & Video Analysis (8:00 AM - 10:00 AM)
