Shooting Lab (€35/session):
Focus: Shot accuracy, form correction, quick release.
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday – 7:00–8:00 AM
For athletes looking to increase shooting confidence and percentage.
Elite Recovery Program (€150 for 3 sessions):
Focus: Ice therapy, massage therapy, guided stretch sessions.
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 3:30–4:00 PM
Combines recovery science and athlete wellness for peak readiness.
