Shooting Lab (€35/session):

  • Focus: Shot accuracy, form correction, quick release.

  • Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday – 7:00–8:00 AM

  • For athletes looking to increase shooting confidence and percentage.

Elite Recovery Program (€150 for 3 sessions):

  • Focus: Ice therapy, massage therapy, guided stretch sessions.

  • Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 3:30–4:00 PM

  • Combines recovery science and athlete wellness for peak readiness.


Multi-Session Discount Options:

  • Buy 3 sessions of any add-on – get 1 free

  • Bundle 5 Weekend Warrior sessions – save €50

  • 15% off Elite Recovery for returning athletes

Weekend Warrior (€55/session):

  • Focus: High-intensity full-body conditioning and Individual-based training.

  • Schedule: Saturdays – 9:00–10:30 AM

  • For athletes who want to maintain momentum and push limits over the weekend.
